Profile Honourable BenjaminTuray

 

Due to his commitment and hardwork, Honourable Benjamin Turay was call upon by his people in Constituency 128 Western Area Freetown to represent and advocate for them in the House of Parliament.

He secured the ticket of the Sierra Leone People's party which led him to Parliament. He is a person that believes in transparency, accountability and Community Development and due to his consistent commitment to this virtues, he was also a member of several committees in Parliament including Information and Communication, Social Welfare and Defense in the House of Parliament.

 

Honourable Benjamin Turay has been embarking on given Micro credit to constituency women as a way of women empowerment, given fifty (50) Mattresses and medical items to community hospitals and awarding of scholarship to Hajj pilgrims with other sector in his constituency. Several project ongoing including construction of building structure such as market, water pump etc. according to the major needs in his constituency. He has demonstrated enormous will and is doing his best to ensure that the people in his constituency are able to overcome the challenges they face as a constituent.
