Hon. Mohamed  Papa  Bangura  is one of the eight members of Parliament From Bombali District, and a member of the following Committees:

Social Welfare,  

Sport Comittee,   Fisheries and Marine resources committee and Basic and senior Secondary Education Committee,

Hon. Mohamed  Papa  Bangura  is from the All Peoples  Congress Party ( APC), he is from Bombali  District, Gbanthi Chiefdom  Masuba  Community in the Masuba  Section.

Honorable  Mohamed  Papa  Bangura  hold a Masters Degree in Sustainable  Development from the University  of  Makeni, Degree  in Development  Studies  and Currently a Law Student  at University  of  Makeni.

He is a community  Development  Champion  who is contributed in bulging Schools and community  Centers  in the Gbanthi  Chiefdom, he is a communications  expert  who has work in the media landscape of  Sierra  Leone  for over  15 years, he worked  with the Sierra  Leone  Broadcasting Coperation ( SLBC), African  Young  Voices Media  Empire (AYV).

He is a Season Football administrator, who has worked  as Public Relations officer for  the Northern Region  Football  Association ( NRFA) and Currently Secretary General of the Bombali  District  Football  Club Wusum  stars  FC

He was Chairman of Sports Writers  Association (SWASAL) in the Northern Region  and National  Football  Commentator.

Honorable Mohamed  Papa  Bangura is a Climate  change Champion in his District and promotes afforestation in  all the Chiefdoms in the Bombali  District. 

He is the CEO and Co-Founder of  Access to  Education  Sierra  leone ( A2ESL) a grassroots  Organization  that is providing  School Support to less privileges Children in  the Bombali District

Honorable  Mohamed  Papa  Bangura  has worked for different Non Governmental Organization  including  Restless  Development  Sierra  Leone a Youths Led Development Agency. 

He is a fine Politician who is loved by both the Youths and the aged, his community voluntary Service led him to politics, Honorable  Mohamed  Papa  Bangura  is known  for his fearless  Debate and advocate  for the poorest of  the Poor
